One of my best friend was leaving Taiwan today. Her name is Giovanna. She s a lwayer and comes from Panama. She stayed in Tainan to study for two years, and this is the reason why we meet! She is such a nice girl that you will agree with me if you met her. We have a great time during two years. We were going to danceing and she s pretty good at danceing and its also my first time to disco! I also bring her and some of the classmates to KTV and she also like to singing. Esepcially the famous song call "fairy tale"(by 光良).
I went to the Kaohsiung airport to say good bye to her tonight. She has a long journey to go home. She needs to transfer from L.A. to Costa Rica, then from C.R. to Panama. We have a bear hug and watch her going to the gate with our eyes. By the way,古小夫 was there too! He s also leave Taiwan back to Holland after two weeks from now. I felt sad after she leave far away from our sight. But there s an old chinese saying:天下無不散的筵席! Fortunately, we still can communicate with each other through internet, I mean MSN. Its really convenient for us to keep cantact with friends.
We have a deal and that is we will meet again in the future. No matter in Taiwan or Panama or Holland, we will bring our kids and have fun till we are old~ha ha...
Well, I have to go back to struggle with my thesis. I already miss my friends! Most of them were going back to their countries. Only a few stay in Taiwan keep study for P.H.D. I have to say that I am lucky to meet many friends from all over the world!
