"The best way to solve this problem diplomatically is for all of us to be working in concert and to send one message and that is -- to Kim Jong Il -- that, 'We expect you to adhere to international norms, and we expect you to keep your word,'" said Bush in a news conference with Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper.

The White House said Bush spoke with the leaders of China, Russia and South Korea on Thursday as part of the U.S. diplomatic effort to respond to North Korea's missile tests.

Chinese President Hu Jintao said in a phone conversation with Bush that he is opposed to any action "that would threaten peace and stability" on the Korean peninsula, White House press secretary Tony Snow told reporters...."

Could someone explain to me what the heck is wrong with this world?!  Test missile launching is "threatening" and should be condemned when invading Iraq for years is JUSTICE?!  I don't get it!  I never did, and never will!"
